DESCRIPTION

The Caliços Machados irrigation Scheme, in the municipalities of Serpa and Moura, allows the benefit of an area of 4 600 ha.

The following facilities integrate this infrastructure: water intake at the Caliços dam, pumping station, water transportation network, storage pond and a dam.

Aqualogus prepared the Preliminary Study, Detailed Design and the Environmental Impact Assessment and provided Technical Assistance during construction.
